Pet Treatment – Expert Support for a Healthy and Long Life

Does your pet need treatment?

We are here to help – professionally, responsibly, and with complete dedication.

Treatment is at the core of our everyday work. Our clinic is a place where patients are not approached routinely, but carefully and individually – according to their species, age, general condition, and diagnosis.
In addition to dogs and cats, which are the most common patient category in most veterinary clinics, our clinic is also specialized in treating birds, rodents, and reptiles.

In fact, we were among the first in Novi Sad and the surrounding area to include so-called “exotic species” – parrots, rabbits, chinchillas, turtles, snakes, and other small pets – in our daily work.

Diagnostics as the first step

Successful treatment doesn’t start with therapy, but with the right diagnosis.

That’s why every process begins with a detailed clinical examination, during which we collect all relevant information: history, physical signs, vital parameters, and the animal’s behavior.

If needed, we perform additional diagnostics:

  • laboratory blood and urine analyses
  • rapid tests for infectious diseases
  • X-ray and ultrasound imaging
  • specialist examinations (dermatological, cardiological, endocrinological, ophthalmological…)

Individual treatment

Once we establish a diagnosis or have a strong suspicion, we proceed with targeted treatment, which is always adapted to the individual patient – taking into account:

  • severity of the disease
  • the overall condition of the organism
  • lifestyle and diet
  • and even the pet’s temperament

The therapy can be outpatient, but for more serious conditions, the animal stays for in-patient care, with:

  • 24-hour IV therapy
  • medications, supplements, monitoring
  • nursing care and, if necessary, surgical treatment in our fully equipped operating room

Special expertise for different species

To provide each species with the best care, our clinic works in teams and assigns responsibility to doctors with additional specialization for specific animal groups:

  • For birds:
Contact Dr. Nebojša Živković (Novi Sad clinic) and Dr. Merina Rakić Radonić (Veternik clinic)
  • For reptiles:
Exams and treatment are led by Dr. Stefan Papić
  • For rabbits and small rodents:
Specialists are Dr. Vladimir Ćurčić and Dr. Stefan Papić

Internal medicine approach for chronic and complex cases

If your dog or cat has been struggling with a chronic issue for a long time, one that has already been addressed in other clinics – but still persists or worsens – we recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Renata Čolić.
She is our most experienced internist, with extensive knowledge and years of experience in solving complex, long-term, and systemic diseases.
Her approach includes analyzing all previous findings, conducting additional diagnostics if needed, and designing a highly customized therapy.

Our goal is not just to eliminate symptoms but to help your pet return to their normal life – active, healthy, and stable.
Whether it’s a mild infection, chronic illness, or a demanding condition – every patient receives our full attention and expertise.
Treatment is not just therapy. It’s trust.
You are welcome to share that trust with us.
